Purchasing a course or one-on-one coaching grants you a non-transferable, limited license to access and use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Coaching sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled and used within the stipulated timeframes.
All payments made on Brenycademy are processed through Paystack. We offer digital products and services; therefore, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued once a course or coaching has been accessed or downloaded.
Affiliates must have an active Brenycademy Affiliate account to participate. By promoting Brenycademy, you agree to our commission structure and terms. Commissions are paid monthly, and affiliates must comply with ethical marketing practices. Fraudulent activity will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Brenycademy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including financial losses or data loss.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
